Used Anchor Hocking P Linear Capper Series 4-RH Anchor Hocking, AHP Series 4-RH, Automatic, steam flow, lug capper Cap size range: 27mm to 110mm. Container OD size range: 1-1/2" to 6-5/8". Both cap and jar size ranges per application with proper change parts. Equipped with 132" long x 4-1/2" wide Delran stainless steel container conveyor with no-container / no-cap senser, 36" long x 16" deep cap hopper magnetic star, cap selector and adjustable cap chute with cap detector and 7" wide x 4-1/2" high aperture x 60" long steam cap closure chamber has 75 lbs per square inch dry steam requirements, 3/4 gallon per minute at 50 psi water requirements, with container stabilizing side belts. Control panel has speed, exhaust and hopper control switches with start, stop / reset / e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with height adjustable leveling legs. Operation: Bottles or containers are stabilized through the capping machine by using side belts, simultaneously dual belts apply significant down pressure on the cap, these belts travel at different rates which is what actually applies torque to the lug cap from introduction of the cap to the discharge of the capped product, tunnel is consistently flooded with steam. upon discharge this steam condenses which pulls a vacuum in the head space of the container.
