The GP3000 is a Compact Vertical form fill and seal pouch machines is used for packing pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, vitamins, multivitamins, candy, teas, spices, desiccants, liquids, lotions, creams, powders, dental and medical products and various types of hardware requiring 4 sided seals. The GP3000 pouch packing machine is capable of forming a pouch with preprinted flexible materials on one side or with preprinted flexible materials for two sides (back and front 2 side registration). The GP3000 vertical form fill and seal bagger is an intermittent type pouch packing machine that can be integrated with tablet feeders, powder fillers, liquid fillers and many other types of feeding machines. This GP3000 is integrated with a MD4-24 Feeder Application. The MD4-24 machine is capable of counting and feeding vitamin type round tablets, oblong tablets, 2 piece capsules and large fish oil type gelatin capsules. The product counter is designed to count and fill 4 different types of products with single or multiple counts of each type product. When dispensing the products into a single pouch the production rate is 45 to 50 bags, pouches per minute. With some products the MD4-24 can fill 2 different products into two side by side pouches (2 pouches, bags per cycle) and then achieve a total through put of 80 bags per minute.
