1- Stainless steel agitated dimple jacketed mix tank, approximately 3,000 gallon capacity, vessel measures 8' diameter X 8' straight side with slight cone bottom leading to 3" diameter discharge. Vessel include multiple zone dimple jackets along straight side and bottom head. Jacket rated for 90 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Top head heavy duty bridge agitator mount including Lightnin agitation with internal turbine paddle blades and baffles. Driven by approximately 15 HP Lightnin drive mounted on bridge mount. Top head includes hinged lid. Vessel is mounted on legs. Vessel manufactured by CSM Metal Fabricating & Engineering, serial number B 4806, new in 1995, ASME constructed, National Board #83. Previously used in cosmetics industry.
